Our email practices
UPPiA Agency prohibits spam, unsolicited bulk email, deceptive email, purchased mass-mailing lists, and the use of its domains by unauthorized affiliates or third parties.
We do not send automated high-volume marketing messages. Any direct B2B contact must be relevant to the recipient’s professional role, sent in low volume, clearly identify the sender, and provide a simple way to opt out.
Opt-out and suppression
Opt-out requests and objections are honored immediately and permanently. Bounced, invalid, and objecting addresses are added to a suppression list and are not contacted again.
Tracking and first-contact messages
We do not use hidden images, open tracking, click tracking, misleading redirects, or attachments in first-contact messages. Our public website is not advertised through unsolicited bulk email.
